Organizational Options Study

Purpose: To examine the various organizational options for library service within Dane County. To determine the strengths and weaknesses of each in maximizing the quality of service available throughout the county, the efficiency of service delivery, and the equity of funding, and finally, to take a measure of the political will for change.
